dress from Shein
Christmas is just around the corner, so I thought now would be the best time to show you the gown I wore to last weekend's university ball. I was very much under pressure when I selected this dress, since we decided kind of spontaneously to go to this event and around this time of year both my schedule and budget were very tight for finding my perfect outfit. I am so happy that after checking other sites I have decided to order from Shein (or as know earlier Sheinside), because I knew from previous experience that they would deliver quickly and they had cool stuff. When this dream of a dress reached me I completely fell in love with it! It is extremely flattering and so simple and minimalistic. I had so much fun wearing it that night and I definitely felt that I have shown my personality with my outfit choice and didn't blend in with a generic long dress.
The photos you see here were made in the university photo studio two days before the ball, because I knew that we would not take our camera on that evening and I also wanted to show my lovely gown to my mom and my grandma. Speak of which, my beautiful mom turns fifty-five today! I already called her in the morning, but of course it is hard to be far from her and my family on this day and during the whole holiday season. This is already the third year that we aren't together, but due to my studies I can't fly, otherwise I would not finish my assignments and could not study for the exam session which start in just a few short weeks. But oh well, we love each other very much anyway and we are happy with the time we can spend together!
